		<description>Stephanie, The pomegranate I used probably yielded about 2 cups - it was that big.  So I think you&#039;ll find most pom&#039;s will give you at least 1/2 cup - extra for eating:)

I believe we did this in the class I had with Karen and we did use just one pomegranate, less the seeds our pomegranate peeler ate.</description>
